Ministerial Order No (52) of 2004 Licensing the Registration of Bahrain Human Rights Watch Society
 
The Minister of Labour & Social Affairs:
 
Having reviewed the Law for Social & Cultural Societies & Clubs and Private Organizations Operating in the Field of Youth & Sports, and Private Institutions issued by Decree Law No (21) of 1989 amended by Decree Law No (44) of 2002.
 
Ministerial Order No (1) of 1990 concerning The Typical Constitution for Social & Cultural Societies & Clubs Subject to the Supervision of the Ministry of Labour & Social Affairs.
 
Ministerial Order No (2) of 1990 concerning the Registration Record for Social & Cultural Societies & Clubs Subject to the Supervision of the Ministry of Labour & Social Affairs.
 
Ministerial Order No (19) of 1994, concerning Regulations for Licensing of Fund Raising by Social & Cultural Societies & Clubs Subject to the Supervision of the Ministry of Labour & Social Affairs.
 
And the Constitution of Bahrain Human Rights Watch Society.
 
Has Decided The Following:
 
Article 1: Bahrain Human Rights Watch Society Shall be registered in the Register of Social Societies & Clubs under No 17/S/CCS.
 
Article 2: This Order and a summary of the attached constitution shall be published in the Official Gazette and implemented from the date of its publication.
